The fee for you endodontic services will be based on the extent of treatment complications. Endodontic fees are sometimes partially covered by dental insurance. It is our policy that your portion of the dental care provided is paid for at the time of treatment. As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance provider and obtain an estimated out-of-pocket cost for the patient. However, insurance companies are reluctant to provide us with exact or detailed claim payouts so the fee collected by our office from the patient is ONLY AN ESTIMATE. If the insurance pays us more than anticipated you will receive a refund check but if we over estimated what the insurance will cover, the patient IS responsible for the amount remaining. Aledo Endodontics will, as a courtesy, submit the necessary documentation and paper work to your insurance company for the initial claim.
Aledo Endodontics currently accepts all insurance plans and are "in network" with Ameritas, Cigna Radius, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, and a very long list of Connection Dental Affiliates, including but not limited to some GEHA, Metlife, Aetna, United Healthcare, UMR, and other specific dental insurance policy carriers. If you would like us to verify, please call and we would be happy to do so. We participate with some of the Careington Dental Savings plans and may contract with other insurance companies in the future. We are competitively priced and unlike a few other dental practices, Dr. Fulsaas is a "fully trained and board certified endodontist", not a general dentist providing vague or misleading information. Aledo Endodontics is privately owned not corporate dentistry and therefore and we are usually able to offer courtesies to patients with other insurance plans, dental discount savings plans, and no insurance coverage at all. You get what you pay for and we want you to have your natural teeth, free of discomfort, for an affordable price.

Financing: Besides accepting cash, checks, and major credit cards; we offer financing through Care Credit offering 6 months with 0% interest for those who qualify. If you are interested in this service, please call the office or come by prior to your appointment to fill out an application. Financing is subject to approval and can usually be obtained within 30 minutes.
